FOOD SUPPLEMENTS WITH BIOTIN AND LACTIC ACID BACTERIA
SymbioLact® B - for the colon
Our intestines are completely colonized by microorganisms, which together form an ecosystem: the intestinal flora. Most of these microorganisms are bacteria, the majority of which do not harm us, but are actually beneficial. The metabolic products of the intestinal bacteria make a remarkable contribution to the nutrient supply of the intestines and intestinal mucosa.
Bifidobacterium lactis is a typical representative of the lower digestive tract
B stands for B. lactis
SymbioLact® B contains a high concentration of natural intestinal bacteria of the species Bifidobacterium bifidum, subsp. lactis. One sachet contains at least one billion colony forming units (1x109 CFU). The freeze-dried bacteria become active and multiply as soon as they come into contact with water. Bifidobacterium lactis belongs to the bacteria that produce lactic acid in the colon.
Biotin for a strong gut mucosa
Each sachet of SymbioLact® B contains the vitamin biotin. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. The intestinal mucosa is the largest mucous membrane in the body and it completely regenerates itself every 2-3 days. A healthy intestinal mucosa is important for the nutrient supply of the intestinal cells. Moreover, biotin helps maintain normal skin and contributes to the normal functioning of energy metabolism and the nervous system.
